Buyer accepts the responsibility of caring for the kitten and providing properly for its welfare. This includes:
1) Keeping the kitten/cat in a clean and pleasant environment
2) Providing proper nutrition
3) Providing all necessary veterinary care to maintain its good health
4)Spending time to cuddle and play with the kitten.
5) Allowing adequate time for the kitten to settle in to his/her new home.
This can take up a month and takes time and patience, although most kittens settle very quickly.

Seller will not be responsible for any veterinary bills of this kitten after it leaves Seller's residence.
Health Guarantee:
My kittens are vet checked and vaccinated twice with Purevax RCP. They have been wormed regularly, are litter trained and have 4 weeks free insurance with Pet plan. The kitten is guaranteed to be in good health when it leaves me.
If the kitten is found to be in unsound health by a Veterinary Surgeon within 72 hours of leaving the breeders premises the kitten shall be returned at buyer’s expense and the buyer may request a replacement with another kitten of equal quality when one becomes available. If there is a minor problem and you choose to have it attended by your vet, then that will be at your expense.

If the kitten/cat should die due to congenital defect (may not be apparent in early life) within the first 12 months it will be replaced with a kitten of comparable quality and value when available. A post mortem is required to verify the cause of death.
Once the kitten/cat has produced live kittens, that have been sold, gifted, traded(swapped) or kept for the breeders breeding programme there will be no replacements of any kind should an unforeseen health issue arise with the said kitten/cat.

There are no guarantees given on show achievements of kittens/cats sold with show rights. The kitten/cat is sold with the understanding that it is free of any disqualifiable faults at the time of sale. Seller will not be responsible for faults that can show up at a later date.

The Seller guarantees fertility in this breeding animal. It is the buyers responsibility to contact the seller, prior to neutering, if the cat has not produced/sired viable offspring by the age of 2 years after being bred to at least two (or three) proven studs/queens. Seller agrees to replace the kitten/cat with a kitten/cat of comparable quality and value when one is available. Proof of spay/neuter by a licensed Veterinarian is required. Seller will not replace a kitten/cat for birthing problems, pyometra or caesarian section.

Junglefire Bengal kittens are registered with Tica only. Buyers may register said cat with another registering body at their own expense.

This cat/kitten must not be resold, traded, given away or re-homed or placed, intact/unaltered into any other breeding Program or housed on any other premises except the Buyer's as identified in this contract. Males may not be offered at public stud, however agreement may be given on some limited stud work by prior arrangement and at the discretion of the Seller.

THE SELLER also wishes that the buyer(s) does not sell to or trade with any breeder located within the same area as the seller (i.e any breeder with a PE postcode.) The Buyer(s) further understand(s) that if there is a failure to keep any part of this contract, or if the kitten is neglected, maltreated, or does not receive adequate medical care, the purchaser will surrender the said kitten to the vender unconditionally and without financial restitution or compensation.

No cash refunds are offered. It is strongly recommended that insurance is continued.
